Tech Himalaya provides software development, cloud infrastructure, mobile app development, bulk SMS, digital marketing and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, quotation or statement of work agreed between you and us, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

Project engagements are subject to the terms set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work, including payment terms, revisions, timelines and acceptance criteria. Fees are due as invoiced. Late payments may result in suspension of work.
Our services may rely on, or link to, third-party products, platforms and services. Your use of those is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Himalaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the website or services.
